Community Co Op Pump 24 in Mahnomen Opens Temporary C-Store

Mahnomen, MN — A month and a half after a fire destroyed most of their building, Community Co Op Pump 24 in Mahnomen is back up and running in a temporary 12 foot by 40 foot building. The building will allow customers to purchase fuel, snacks, and other convenience items until the main store is rebuilt. Community Co Op General Manager Dave Bloomseth says thanks to some favors from local contractors, they were able to get up and running again as fast as they could.

While some of the bare-bones essentials are available now, Bloomseth says they will continue to work on adding more goods and services and utilizing all the available space.

And planning is already underway to construct an all-new, better-than-ever convenient store this spring, according to Bloomseth.

The hours for the temporary C-Store in Mahnomen are Monday through Friday 6 am to 6 pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 6:30 am to 6 pm.
