Derek Heck speaks at Hillsboro Veterans Day Program 

Retired North Dakota National Guard State Command Sergeant Major Derek Heck gave a speech at the Hillsboro School Veterans Day Program on Thursday. Heck reminds us that no matter the way they served every Veteran made a sacrifice.
