Detroit Lakes Water Carnival returning for 88th Year 

The Detroit Lakes Jaycees is back for its 88th year beginning Friday. Over the years the event has been a staple for the Detroit Lakes Community and it continues to grow. Water Carnival Admiral Rachel Kohler tells us more about the history and details of the event. 

As mentioned, the eleven day celebration kicks off on Friday, and Kohler tells us some of the events that will be going on during their opening weekend.
