(Crosby, MN) — Continued concerns on snow removal operations for the City of Crosby were raised again at this past week’s Council meeting.

After much of the area received upwards of a foot of snow, Council member Paul Hegland spoke about the lack of timely plowing even with advance notice of the weather.

Acting Public Works Director and City Administrator Matthew Hill notified the personnel on the timing of plowing later in the morning.

Mayor Diane Cash spoke about equipment troubles and getting new personnel trained.

Continued talks of when to have crews start plowing during the overnight hours and the duties of the City Administrator when to enforce those duties.

The Crosby City Council is scheduled to meet on Monday, January 10th at 6pm from the City Hall Council Chambers.
