Fertile Beltrami School Board tweaks cell phone policy 

Cell phone policies have been a big discussion for schools over the summer, and Fertile Beltrami is no different. Fertile Beltrami Superintendent Brian Clarke says after lengthy discussions the school district will be tweaking their cell phone policy. 

Clarke says the board also updated their notice of assignments, which includes the assignment of a new FFA and ag teacher. 

Lastly Clarke says the school board filing period has closed, and he’s happy to announce that there was a heavy community interest in serving the district. 

The Fertile Beltrami School Board will meet next on Tuesday, September 10.
