Fertile, MN — The Fertile City Council held their regular monthly meeting on Monday night, April 11th. At the meeting, the council approved a master agreement with their new engineering firm, Moore Engineering, and discussed some potential future projects. One of those potential projects is renovating the 40 year old Community Center. Fertile City Administrator says they will be seeking proposal for architects to lead that project.

The council this week also had some discussions, but did not take action, on replacing their Auditorium lights with new LED fixtures.

And to help patch up some streets, Administrator Liden says that the Public Works crew will be renting some crack sealing equipment and will start work on that as soon as it warms up.

The Fertile City Council also approved the annual Fire Department gaming licenses.
