Fireworks Safety

With July 4th just around the corner, people are excited about seeing fireworks.  Sometimes in their excitement, people can get carried away and get injured….or even killed.  Clearwater County Chief Deputy Vern Wittenberg reminds us to be safe.

Out of control fireworks have been known to set homes on fire.  Wittenberg also says you shouldn’t bring your own fireworks to a display—adding that the professionals have enough fireworks to put on a good show.
