Fosston Fire Update

FOSSTON, MN—Here’s an update to a story R&J News has been following.  Law enforcement says the improper use of a holiday light cord was the probable cause of a house fire in Fosston earlier this month.  The fire was on April 5 in the 700 block of East 1st Street.  Fosston Fire Chief Jim Juve says holiday light cords should only be used to plug in lights—and not other devices.  In that April 5th fire, the homeowner was not injured.
