Hillsboro City Commission meets 

The Hillsboro City Commission met in regular session on Tuesday. Hillsboro City Auditor Casey Eggermont says the commission had lengthy discussions about some potential projects across town including an electrical project, and sewer project. 

Eggermont also gave an update on the Hillsboro Fire Hall project which is supposed to break ground soon. 

Eggermont says the rest of the meeting was pretty “mellow” as they had a discussion with the city engineer, and a discussion about grant funding. 

The Hillsboro City Commission will meet next on Monday, March 3.
