Honor Flight Fundraiser Saturday In Hillsboro

HILLSBORO, ND—The Hillsboro Vets Club will hold a fundraiser for the Veterans Honor Flight of North Dakota and Minnesota this Saturday night, June 24.  There will be a bake sale and silent auction from 4 to 7:30 pm at the Vets Club…and they’ll be serving broasted chicken, fries and coleslaw from 5:30 to 7:30.  Dave Thomas, president of the Hillsboro Vets Club board of directors, has more on the event.

Thomas says the goal of Saturday’s fundraiser is to let people know what goes into an honor flight.

The dinner is free will donation. Again, that’s this coming Saturday at the Hillsboro Vets Club.
