House GOP Caucus highlights proposed bills to address Minnesota’s “Fraud Problem” 

GOP members of the Minnesota House of Representatives held a press conference on Tuesday to highlight a trio of bills that aim to address Minnesota’s “Fraud Problem” in the wake of scandals like the Feeding our Future scandal. Rep. Patti Anderson (33A – Dellwood) gives us an outline of her proposed bill House File One. (HF0001)

Another bill highlighted by the House GOP Caucus was House File Two (HF0002) which is authored by Rep. Ben Davis. (06A – Merrifield) Rep. Davis tells us more about his bill which centers around Mandatory fraud reporting. 

The third and final bill that was highlighted on Tuesday was House File Three (HF0003), which is authored by Rep. Jim Nash (48A – Waconia). Rep. Nash outlines his bill.
