International Water Institute Way Finder Program 

The International Water Institute is currently in their first year of their Wayfinder Program, and the Institute is always  looking for more applicants to expand the program. Shelly Carrol of the international Water Institute tells us more about the program. 

Carrol says the Wayfinder Program also helps as a consultant for farmers with fields that are underperforming.
