Mahnomen School Board approves 2024/2025 Levy 

The Mahnomen School Board approved their 204/2025 Levy at their meeting on Monday night. Mahnomen Superintendent Jeff Bisek says the tax payers can expect to see a slight 2.8% rise in taxes.

Bisek also gave a staffing update at Monday’s meeting, as the school board had a resignation, and some new hires to approve. 

Lastly, Bisek gave an update on how things are going at the school, as we are getting into the halfway point of the school year with Christmas break just nine days away. 

Other agenda items included the approval of a January 2 Reorganization meeting, and the approval of school Administration to do their yearly reduction study.
