March Is Red Cross Month

March is Red Cross Month and the Eastern North Dakota and Northwestern Minnesota American Red Cross is offering a sort of two-for-one special for blood donors this month. Kimberly Vosseteig explains.

If you’re not familiar with A1C, Vosseteig says it’s a check for diabetes.

In addition to the A1C screening, blood donors to the Red Cross will also receive a ten dollar Amazon.com gift card.  

The American Red Cross has three blood drives this week: On Tuesday from 11am to 5pm at American Legion Post 21 in Moorhead; Wednesday from Noon to 6pm at the YMCA of the Northern Sky in Fargo; and Thursday from Noon to 6pm at Drekker Brewing Company in Fargo.
