Minnesota filmmakers participating in Grand Rapids film festival

Starting Today in Grand Rapids over 20 local and amateur filmmakers will be showing off their work at the Reif Film Festival. Festival representative Emily Slaubaugh explains why this festival was started and what people can expect. 

Slaubaugh also spoke on the importance this festival is for the local filmmakers and how it gives them a platform to show off their work. 

The festival will run for two days with films being shown throughout both days. There are also some other fun events that will be going on during the festival including an award show.
