Minnesota “Move Over Law” 

During his “Ask a Chief” segment on the KRJB Kaleidoscope, Ada Police Chief Steve Hager was recently asked a question regarding Minnesota’s “move over laws”, also known as the Ted Foss Law which and what your supposed to do when coming up on an emergency responder with their lights on.

Vehicles covered under Minnesota’s move over law include police, fire ,ambulance, maintenance, construction and tow vehicles with their flashing lights on.
