Minnesota State Patrol Responded to Crash Scene
Minnesota State Patrol responded to a crash scene just north of Princeton on Monday night. The crash, which was reported at 4:04pm in Princeton Township, injured a passenger. The driver was uninjured. The police report said that a 2003 Jeep Liberty lost control while southbound on highway 169. After leaving the road, the Jeep rolled several times.
Triston Allen Tkachuk, the 37y/o driver of the jeep, told officers that he lost control, and the state patrol reported that the road was ice & snow covered when the crash took place. Passenger Corrinne Elizabeth Apel was transported to M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center, in Princeton, with non life- threatening injuries. The Mille Lacs County Sheriff’s office, the Princeton Police Department, the Princeton Fire Department & North Memorial Health Ambulance all assisted at the scene.
