MN Sen. Johnson On State Budget Surplus
The State of Minnesota has a surplus of over $17 million. How to use that surplus is a big question in this year’s Legislative session. It’s been suggested that the surplus should be given back to taxpayers. But Minnesota Senate Minority Leader Mark Johnson says Democrats in the majority aren’t thinking that way.
