MN Senate Blue Dogs & Reaction To The New Faction

Last week, a group of eight Minnesota DFL Senators announced they were forming a group called the Blue Dog Coalition.  Senator Rob Kupec of Moorhead is one of the eight and he talks about the group’s goals.

Minnesota Senate Minority Leader Mark Johnson, a Republican from East Grand Forks, talks about the coalition.

Johnson finds the timing of the coalition’s forming to be interesting.

Kupec responds to the idea that the DFL majorities in the House and Senate focused on the wrong things.

Johnson says actions will speak louder than words when the 2025 Minnesota Legislature opens in January.
