More Hillsboro City Commission News & Notes from January 18th Meeting
Hillsboro, ND — More news and notes from last week’s Hillsboro City Commission meeting held on Tuesday, January 18th. One of the items discussed was the building permitting process and how to keep it affordable. Hillsboro Commission President Terry Sando says they talked about utilizing their own contractors for some building inspections.
The city commission also held their first reading of their food truck policy and had some discussion about how it might impact ice cream trucks. Sando says overall the policy won’t have a major impact on food trucks.
And the commission is looking into updating some of their Christmas decorations for next year.
The Hillsboro City Commission typically meets on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month.
