Norman County East seeing major increase in attendance
Late last month R&J News told you about a new program called No Miss November being installed at the Norman County East School that has the goal to increase attendance. Norman County East Principal Kelly Kalina tells R&J News that the school has seen a steady increase in attendance since instituting the program.
Kalina says these stats with the elementary school are especially great, because a child’s attendance in elementary school usually carries over into their high school years.
Kalina also thanked Shock & Awe, and area businesses for their involvement in this program.
