Norman County Injury Accident
Six people were injured after a two vehicle accident Monday morning in Norman County. The Minnesota State Patrol tells R&J News an SUV driven by 33-year-old Karisa Johnson of Ada was northbound on County Road 24 around 11:40am Monday. At the same time, a pickup truck driven by 58-year-old Bryan Sypult of Bemidji was westbound on Highway 200. Johnson’s SUV entered the intersection and was struck by Sypult’s pickup. Johnson and her two passengers, a 5-year-old boy and a 2-year-old boy, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to Essentia Health Ada. Sypult and his two passengers, an unnamed 22-year-old woman from Ada and 57-year-old Dusty Sypult of Bemidji, were also taken to Essentia Health Ada with non-life-threatening injuries.
