Parking In Mahnomen

MAHNOMEN, MN—There might be some changes in Mahnomen when it comes to parking.  Mahnomen City Administrator Taylor Vonderharr brought up the matter at Tuesday’s City Council meeting.

Vonderharr says a similar parking ordinance is in place in Detroit Lakes and seems to be working well.  She tells R&J News what steps would need to be taken to change the current parking ordinance.

Vonderharr also reminds us that the July 3 Mahnomen City Council meeting has been canceled because it’s so close to the July 4 holiday.  The next Mahnomen City Council meeting will be on July 17.
