Pre Winter Preparation 

It’s officially November, and that means winter, and snow is coming fast for the Red River Valley. This also means that people should start preparing for the cold weather. Brenda Stallman of Traill District Health tells us some of the things you should be doing to get ready for the cold. 

Winter is also a time of sickness, and Stallman encourages everyone to get caught up on their vaccines before the snow starts to fall.
