Rep. Burkel gives reaction to Minnesota February Forecast 

The Minnesota February Forecast was released on Thursday, and area legislators aren’t feeling too confident about the findings. Minnesota District 1A Representative John Burkel (R-Badger) gives his initial reaction to the forecast, and tells us how it affects things moving forward. 

Burkel says it’s going to take a lot of work to turn this budget issue around, which he says is also frustrating, as not too long ago the state had a $19 billion surplus, but didn’t address a lot of the needs.
