Rep. Jim Joy introduces to help small business with local advertising expenses

On Wednesday, Minnesota Representative Jim Joy (R-Hawley) introduced a new bill in the Minnesota House of Representatives that would help small businesses with their local advertising expenses. Representative Joy tells us more about his bill, and why he feels it is necessary. 

The first reading of the bill was on Wednesday, and it was referred to the House Taxes Committee for further consideration.
