Rep. Kiel On MN Sick & Safe Time Law

During R&J News’s conversation with State Representative Deb Kiel of Crookston, the Republican spoke about her support of agriculture.  And she brought up the Sick and Safe Time law that was passed by the Minnesota Legislature in 2023.  Kiel says she isn’t happy with that law.

The Sick and Safe Time law requires all employers to provide one hour of paid sick leave to employees who work at least 30 hours a week.

On Friday, Representative Deb Kiel will give her thoughts on the upcoming Minnesota Legislative session.
