Sandhill River Watershed working on “Massive” Eco System Restoration Project 

R&J’s Kevin Kochmann was at Day 1 of the  26th Annual Red River Watershed Management Board and the Red River Basin Flood Damage Reduction Work Group Joint Conference, and had the opportunity to talk with April Swenby of the Sandhill River Watershed District, about a “massive” project they are working on that centers around the restoration of the lands eco system. 

While the Eco System Restoration Project remains a top priority for the Sandhill River Watershed, Swenby says the district is working on other smaller projects.
