Spring Flooding Forecast 

Winter weather is a good indicator on how flooding in the Red River Valley will be once spring arrives, and meteorologists are already starting to forecast flooding season. Mindy Beerememds of the National Weather Service gives us a spring projection, based on winter weather trends so far. 

Beerememds says these projections can take a turn however, based on how the next couple months look weatherwise. 

Finally Beerememds told us when farmers can expect to get back into the field, as that is a question they start asking around this time.
