Staying Up Late On Election Night
Many of us were on pins and needles awaiting results from Tuesday’s Presidential election. A company called Hosting Advice wanted to know how late Americans stayed up to watch the election returns. Their survey found that the state where people stayed up the latest was New Hampshire. They were up until 4:06 am Wednesday. While the average Minnesotan went to bed at 12:36 am. In North Dakota, the average bedtime was 1 am. Of those who stayed up late to follow the election, almost half–47 percent, say they had to adjust their schedules for the next day. And 29 percent of Minnesotans say the suspense from the election affected their sleep.
