Stray Cats Strutting In Halstad
HALSTAD, MN—You might remember last year the City of Halstad had problems with wild turkeys. At Monday’s Halstad City Council meeting, Mayor Darin Johnson says there are some different critters hanging around town.
Johnson says neither the City, nor Norman County, has any kind of animal control agency.
In other business at Monday’s Halstad City Council meeting, the City received $24,000 in public safety aid funds from the State of Minnesota. Johnson says the Council will look for a project where they can use that money. Also, the City’s final audit report came in and Johnson says everything “is in good shape.”
