Sugar Beet Update
After having weather concerns early in the winter, Drayton American Crystal Sugar Agronomy Manager Justin Krieg says the sugar beet storage and slicing process has gone well so far this year.
The dry weather and projected high winds have caused some producers to worry about top soil blowing and Krieg says there are some things producers can do to limit the blowing of topsoil.
