Taste Of Norway Thursday In Fosston

FOSSTON, MN—You can get a sample of Scandinavian food Thursday night when the Sons of Norway Granlund Lodge in Fosston holds its annual Taste of Norway.  Granlund Lodge President Wes Roland talks about Taste of Norway.

Roland tells us what goes into making sweet soup.

And there’s another dessert that is a cousin of the traditional wedding cake.

Roland says the kranse kake is also topped with a syrup.

The Granlund Lodge’s Taste of Norway is Thursday at 7pm at the Embassy Center in Fosston. A short lodge meeting will begin at 6:30 before the Taste of Norway.
