Teen arrested after waving gun around on UND Campus 

The University of North Dakota Police Department announced yesterday afternoon that university officers arrested a 16-year-old juvenile male on Sunday evening in connection with a gun-related incident near campus. 

UND Students said that the suspect was seen in possession of a gun and also said that he was waving the gun around and pointing it at them. 

The University of North Dakota Police Department says that the juvenile’s identity will not be released due to his minor status, but is being charged with four counts of terrorizing and is currently in custody with local juvenile services.
