Ulen-Hitterdal School Bus Slides Into Ditch

A Ulen-Hitterdal School Bus slid into the ditch Friday afternoon east of Syre.  Norman County Sheriff Ben Fall tells R&J News the bus ran into a snow squall as it was traveling on Highway 113, five miles east of Syre, around 4:30pm.  The bus went off the road into a ditch.  There was no damage to the bus, no children were on the bus, and no one was injured.  Fall says two cars also slid into the ditch, with no injuries. The road was slippery and icy at the time.
