UofM Extension offering Family Focused Webinars now through April

(Minnesota) — University of Minnesota Extension Center for Family Development, now through April, will be providing information and resources for families to make informed decisions leading to greater health, resilience, and well-being with free webinars.

Family Friendly Earth Care will teach you how to take actions for global health and wellness including ways to eat healthier for the planet and hands-on activities that run January 27th-April 1st. 

Finding Balance will teach oneself on how to flourish during life transitions for both consumers and professionals, running February 22nd-April 20th.

Making Cents Of It All will teach you how to navigate financial choices including homeownership, credit, budgeting and saving, and changing financial needs across the lifespan with support for American Indian and Latino communities. These webinars will be January 25th-April 28th.

No Place Like Home will cover whether you rent or own your home and make it healthier, affordable, and energy efficient, with webinars now through April 14th.

Recovery and Health will talk about how mental health well-being, nervous system support, nutrition and physical activity can support those in recovery which will run February 16-April 12.

Special standalone seminars include Current Session legislation aimed at transgender youth on March 2nd and Community engaged work in family science and health and nutrition on MArch 15th
