Whole Health Services available to area veterans through Fargo VA

One service that’s available to veterans across the Red River Valley through the Fargo VA is their Whole Health Services, and for many you don’t even need a referral from a doctor or other medical expert. Nancy Ruud from the Fargo VA explains what Whole Health is, and some of the programs that are available to veterans. 

Ruud says whole health doesn’t just focus on physical health either, and that they also offer programs centered around mental wellness, and even food and nutrition. 

Ruud says whole health classes are also a great way for veterans to find community and build friendships and social lives with other veterans who may have similar experiences.
