Win-E-Mac School Board Meets 

The Win-E-Mac School Board approved their proposed levy at their meeting on Tuesday night. Win-E-Mac Superintendent Aaron Cook says the board approved a slight levy increase, and will approve the finalized levy later this year. 

Cook says the board also approved the hiring of some new staff members, but says they’re still looking to fill some open positions. 

Finally Cook says that the board had discussions on how the start of the school year has gone, including a lengthy discussion on a new program they introduced called positive referrals. 

The Win-E-Mac School Board will meet next on Tuesday, October 15.
