16th Annual North Country Horsemen Cancer Ride starts Friday 

The 16th Annual North Country Horsemen Cancer Ride kicks off Friday in Middle River, and the North Country Horsemen have plenty of fun planned for the weekend. Event organizers Marty Anderson and Sue Helm tell us what you can expect. 

The Cancer Ride was originally a one weekend event, but has since moved to a two week format. Anderson gave a preview of some of the activities they’re doing next weekend, which is when a majority of their fundraising is done.

All the money raised from the two weekends will go toward the NCH Trails For Treatments program which has awarded over $1.2 Million since it was started in 2011. Anderson and Helm tell us more about the program.
