3 Injured In Cass County Accident

Three people were seriously injured when their car hit a gravel truck Wednesday morning between Arthur and Hunter.  The North Dakota Highway Patrol says 62-year-old Ramiro Rios of San Benito, Texas was hauling a gravel trailer going north on Highway 18 at 11am Wednesday.  A car driven by 74-year-old Dale Bosch of Beaver Creek, Minnesota was going west on County Road 26 and failed to yield to the commercial vehicle and the vehicles collided.  Dale Bosch and two passengers in his car, 74-year-old Karen Bosch of Beaver Creek, Minnesota and 71-year-old Suzanne Sudmeier of Alexandria, Minnesota, were all taken to a Fargo hospital with serious injuries.  Rios was not hurt.  Dale Bosch was also cited for failure to yield.
