Get to Know Traill County’s First Substance Abuse Prevention Coordinator

There’s a brand new face in the Traill County Courthouse. The County’s first ever Substance Abuse Prevention Coordinator, Deb Cieplak, came on board in the first week of 2024. Cieplak has settled into the heart of America after a life spent working from coast to coast.
