Threat At Bagley School Found To Be Unfounded

Law enforcement has determined that a threat made against the Bagley School Thursday was unfounded.  School officials posted on Facebook Thursday that they had received a report that a student was planning to bring a gun to school. The school district made a welfare check on the person who made the threat and said that student wouldn’t be in school while the investigation was ongoing.  Friday afternoon, the Bagley School District posted on Facebook that after subsequent interviews, it turned out the perceived threat began with exaggerated rumors and was reported by someone who didn’t hear it first hand.
