City of Twin Valley hoping to complete Heiberg Park Trail Project by end of the year 

The City of Twin Valley announced plans to create a new trail system near Heiberg Park at their most recent City Council meeting. Twin Valley Parks and Rec member and City Council member Mark Askelson tells us more about this project and what it would entail. 

Askelson laid out a potential timeline for the project and explained what still needs to be done before the construction of a trail starts. 

Lastly Askelson says this wouldn’t be the first time that the sight of this trial has been used for recreation and shares some more history of the site that may inspire future projects.
