Minnesota Soybean Research and Promotion Council Uzbekistan Trade Mission Update 

The Minnesota Soybean Research and Promotion Council (MSRPC) is about half way through the Trade Mission in Uzbekistan, and met with US Ambassador to Uzbekistan Jonathan Henick. MSRPC Chair Tom Frisch recaps the discussion he had with Ambassador Henick. 

Frisch says he has spent a lot of time with people in the Uzbekistan poultry industry and says that they are excited about the possibilities of trade with the Minnesota Soybean industry. 

MSRPC Communication Specialist Mark Askelson says they will spend their Wednesday visiting Uzbekistan’s largest poultry and dairy producer and check out their feedmill with extruder and crushing plant.
