National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month

March is National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month.  You’ve probably heard a great deal about colon cancer over the years, which is now the second leading cause of cancer deaths in the US.  Dr. Kimberly Kolkhorst, gastroenterology section chair at Essentia Health-Fargo, says there’s something new you should consider.

Dr. Kolkhorst goes on to reveal something unusual about this increase in colon cancer cases.
