Thompson 9 Mayport/CG 1 

The number 1 seeded Thompson Tommies trounced the Mayport/CG Patriots in Game 4 of the North Dakota Class B Region 2 Baseball Tournament at Scott Berry Field in Mayville on Saturday evening. 

Mayport/CG got off to a good start with a leadoff double by Marshall Judish and an RBI single by Marshall Kloster in the first but then the Patriots went hitless the rest of the game due to a dominating pitching effort by Brayden Wolfgram and Drew Overby. 

After being down one early the Tommies responded with a one run first inning themselves and followed it up with a three run second with a triple from Thomas Schumaker, a HBP, and two errors. 

The Thompson lineup added a few more runs throughout the rest of the games with, Braden Tyce, William Welke, Braden Wolfgram, Brody Gibson, and Jonathan Muhs each scoring a run each.
