FARGO, ND – Oak Grove opened up Region 1 play with a 3-2 (25-22, 27-29, 19-25, 25-18, 15-8) win over Northern Cass in North Dakota Class B volleyball on Thursday night.

Oak Grove sophomore Alayna Foster-DeVold finished with a match-high 19 kills. The Grovers improved to 4-2 overall and 1-0 in Region 1 play and return to the court hosting Tri-State on Tuesday.

Haidyn Crockett paced Northern Cass with18 kills and teammate Addisyn Winterquist added 14 kills for the Jaguars. Northern Cass drops to 6-2 overall and 0-1 in Region 1 play and will host Wyndmere-Lidgerwood on Monday on yourliveevent.com.
