Veterans Crisis Hotline seeing large increase in usage

It’s been just over two years since the Department of Veterans Affairs launched Dial 988 then Press 1, which made it easier than ever for Veterans and their loved ones to access lifesaving support. Norman County Veterans Service Officer John Rosenberger says the hotline is continuing to see a large increase in usage. 

With the two year anniversary of 988 then press 1, Rosenberger says the Department of Defense will be holding a conference to find more ways to address veterans and military suicides.
