“Patriot Grounds” – Mark Persons and “Happy Chappy” Rios 8-16-24

Mark Persons of the Brainerd VFW and “Happy Chappy” Rios join us to talk about “Patriot Grounds,” featuring coffee and donuts for veterans and families talking about veteran issues. They meet on the third Saturday of each month at 10am at Heritage Church in Baxter. Rios also tells us about Brain Core of Northern Minnesota providing mental health care services to those needing help. They have an open house coming up on August 23, 2024 from noon to 2 pm.
