Fertile City Council Meeting

FERTILE, MN—The Fertile City Council approved its preliminary 2025 budget at Monday night’s regular meeting.  Fertile City Administrator Lisa Liden tells us how large the increase will be.  

That December meeting will be December 9th.  Liden added that the budget increase includes a three percent pay raise for City employees.  

In other business Monday, the Fertile City Council approved spending approximately $8100 for a software program to help the city send out water bills.  And a request from citizens was approved to set up a pickleball court in the Fertile Auditorium.  That request is pending a review by the city attorney regarding liability.
